摘要
大学生就业备受瞩目,但用人企业和应届毕业生对就业能力的认知存在差异,这直接导致大学生就业能力的培养和用人企业招聘目标的错位。本文综合运用事件访谈法、文献检索法、问卷调查法,并采用层次分析法确定每个特征权重,最终构建了计算机科学与技术专业就业胜任力模型。为高校有针对性地培养本专业学生就业胜任力提供依据。
College students' employment has attracted much attention,but there is a difference in employment ability between the employing enterprises and the graduates,which directly leads to the cultivation of College Students' employment ability and the dislocation of the employment target. This paper uses event interview,literature retrieval, questionnaire survey,and use analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each feature,finally construct the computer science and technical professional competency model. To provide the basis for the cultivation of students' Employment Competence.
