在不完整家庭长大的学生大多有性格缺陷,他们的交往能力和群体活动能力都存在不同程度的困难,辅导员只有充分地发挥思政教育的功能和作用,才能更好地帮助他们克服自身性格上的缺陷,引导他们向健康积极的方向发展。
Grew up in an incomplete family most of the students have a character flaw,their communication skills and the ability to group activities have different degree of difficulw,counselors only full play to the ideological education of the function and role,and to better help them overcome the defects of their own personality,guide them to the health positive direction.
