随着新课程改革的不断深入,德育教育、素质教育逐渐成为现在教育教学工作的重点。在高中教育阶段,培养学生的综合素养,引导学生的思想道德发展的过程中,班主任发挥着至关重要的作用。本文主要针对新课改背景下高中班主任德育工作理念的相关内容进行分析,并进一步探究德育教育工作方法,不断提高高中班主任德育工作的质量,推动新课改工作的持续深入发展。

With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,moral education,quality education has gradually become the focus of education teaching job now. In the high school stage of education,cultivate the students＇ comprehensive qualities,guide the process of students＇ ideological and moral development,the head teacher plays a vital role.This paper focuses on the concept of moral education under the background of new curriculum reform of high school teacher in charge work related content is analyzed,and further explore the methods of moral education work, continuously improve the quality of high school teacher in charge of the moral education work,promote the sustained and in-depth development of the new curriculum reform work.
