摘要
本文从高校学生干部管理实质入手,掌握人格类型分布情况,分析差异,以期提高干部选拔质量,同时提供依据。学生干部人格类型倾向主要以外向、感觉、思考、判断为主,外向的比例和强度均高于普通同学。人格类型主要是外向感觉思维判断型、外向直觉思维感知型、外向直觉情感判断型。MBTI测试能够促进学生干部的选拔心理预测,丰富高校学生干部素质研究内容,并有利于其他研究者问题的提出。
Grounded on the management of university student leaders (USLs),this paper attempts to describe frequency distribution of the SLS' personality types and analyze the dissimilarities between them. The findings can provide scientific basis for the selection of USLs and thus to improve the quality. We find that USLs have propensities to being extrovert,intuition,thinking and judging,with the ratio of extroverts to introverts among USLs higher than that of the other students and the intensity higher. The personality types of USLs mainly include extroversion sense thinking Judgrnent(ESTJ) type,extroversion intuition thinking perceiving(EITP) type,and extroversion intuition feeling judgment (EIFJ) type. MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) personality test can be used to select USLs and contribute to the predictability. MBT[ promotes more research questions and the use of MBTI has enriched the research into USLs' quality.
