在中国社会,无名尸体的处置依然是一个敏感而灰色的社会边缘问题。目前,无名尸体的处理主要涉及医学院校、公安机关和殡葬行业三方,产生的问题主要体现在"公安机关和殡葬行业存在大量无名尸体难以处理"和"医学院校用于教学的尸体匮乏"相冲突,而是否能够将已经确认的无名尸体用于教学,目前没有一个明确的法律规定。基于中国传统观念、社会现实和社会制度等多方面的影响,三方如何将无名尸体有价值的处置将面临着法律、人文、伦理等多方面的思索与考量。本文将从无名尸体的定义、处置及面临的困惑三方面全面展开,以文献、案例、资料数据同时结合国内外研究现状,结合中国实际,考虑人文、历史、政治等相关因素进行相关论述,总结建设性意见供社会及相关部门进行参考。
