摘要
针对目前"食品理化分析"实验教学存在的问题,对教学内容、教学方法、考核标准等方面进行了教学改革,并收到了一些成效。
Aiming at the problems existing in the ＂Food Physical and Chemical Analysis＂ experimental teaching nowadays,the teaching reform including the teaching contents,teaching methods,evaluation standard were carried out, and some achievements has received.
