辅导员应对大学生校园安全事件的策略研究

Research on Instructor's Strategy Facing Campus Security

高校学生校园安全事件的发生对构建和谐校园、维持教学与管理秩序、促进学生成长成才都有严重干扰和不利影响。辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的中坚力量,进一步提升其应对大学生校园安全事件的能力与素养,对预防、处置此类事件具有十分重要的意义。此研究在分析大学生校园安全事件特点与发展趋势的基础上,根据目前高校辅导员在大学生校园安全事件处置中的短板与不足,提出应对策略。

The occurrence of campus safety incidents in colleges and universities has serious interference and adverse effects on the construction of harmonious campus,maintaining the order of teaching and management,and promoting the growth of students.Counselors as the backbone of ideological and political education of college students,to further enhance its ability to respond to the campus safety incidents and literacy,it is very important to prevent and deal with such incidents.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and development trend of university campus safety incidents, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the problems and shortcomings of the current college counselors＇ campus security incidents.
