摘要
高校青年教师的教学能力和素质水平是高校实现可持续发展的关键所在。实施青年教师导师制是培养和提升高校青年教师教学能力的有效途径。文章分析青年教师导师制在实施过程中存在的问题,并提出几点建议。
College young teachers'teaching ability and quality level is the key to achieve sustainable development. The implementation of young teachers' tutorial system is an effective way to cultivate and improve young teachers' teaching ability. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of young teachers'tutorialsystem,and puts forward some suggestions.
