贫困地区基本公共服务均等化的政策保障分析

Policy Guarantee of Equalization of Basic Public Services in Poor Areas

在我国经济发达的城市地区基本公共服务设施已相对成熟,城市医疗、就业、教育、社会保障、基础设施、娱乐等设施配套已相对完善,极大地提高了城市人民的生活质量和水平。但由于地区经济发展不平衡,贫困地区基本公共服务相当不完善,导致贫困地区人群产生不公平感,大大降低了对政府的认可感。本文立足于对当今基本公共服务的发展和认识,分析政府推进贫困地区基本公共服务均等化的措施,认为需要加大力度为贫困地区实施基本公共服务均等化提供政策保障,实现发展成果惠及到贫困地区人群。

In the city region economy of our country developed public service facilities has been relatively mature, city health,employment,education,social security,infrastructure,and other entertainment facilities is relatively perfect, greatly improve the quality of life and level of city people. However,due to the imbalance of regional economic development,the basic public services in the poor areas are not perfect,resulting in poor people in the region have a sense of injustice,greatly reducing the recognition of the government. This paper is based on the basic public service development and understanding,analysis of the government promote equal access to basic public services in poor areas of the measures that need to intensify the implementation of the equalization of basic public services and provide policy support for poor areas,poor areas to achieve the benefits of development groups,
