Mending the Pace of Innovating Credit System and Promoting the Quality of Talent Cultivation

随着创新型大学发展的推进以及创新教育体系的构建,深化高等教育人才培养模式改革已迫在眉睫。学分制的改革是通向科学、高效培养综合性高素质创新人才的有效途径。然而,目前跨入适合创新人才培养的完全学分制的教学管理改革进展缓慢,严重地束缚人才培养和教育事业的发展。快速、全面、系统和深入的学分制改革,构建具有中国特色的教育教学管理制度,推进高等教育科学化、高效化的改革进程,已成为高等教育高素质人才培养的主要任务和我们为之努力奋斗的理想目标。

Along with advancing the development innovative university and construction of innovative education system,it is extremely urgent to deepen the reform of personnel training mode in higher education. The innovation of credit system is an efficient path for cultivating high-competent innovative talents with integrity character in scientific and efficient way. However, the progress of reforming teaching management in entire credit system,which is fit for cultivation of innovative talents,is still slow now and therefore the badly constraint development of talent cultivation and educational enterprise exists. It has become the primary mission and objective of training high-competent talents by our arduous efforts that rapidly,entirely,systematically reforms credit system in deep,constructs the institution of educational teaching management with Chinese characteristics,and speeds up the progress of reforming higher education in scientific and high-efficient way.
