摘要
有效开展小学督导评估,促进学校教育质量和内涵不断发展,是贯彻实施《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的重要举措。学校内涵发展追求的是质量发展、精细发展、特色发展和创新发展;而内涵发展又存在着诸多的问题。可制定切实可行的长远发展规划,抓好课堂改革、课程开发、教师发展、学生发展以及创新发展。深化小学督导评估,使学校内涵发展真正落到实处。
In elementary school supervision assessment effectively,promote the quality of school education and the connotation development,is to implement the national medium and long-term program for education reform and development.The development of school connotation is the pursuit of quality development,fine development, characteristic development and innovation development;and connotation development and there are many problems. Can develop practical long-term development planning,do a good job classroom reform,curriculum development, teacher development,student development and innovation and development. Deepening the primary school supervision and evaluation,so that the real development of school content implementation.
