高职院校农牧类专业创新创业人才培养模式的探讨与研究

Exploration and Research on the Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文从当前我国经济社会发展、技术升级以及大学生就业对创业人才的需求出发,对高职院校专业人才的培养目标进行了探讨,认为高职院校人才培养的最高目标是建立创业教育机制,拓展创业教育方式,增加创业教育体验,培养创新创业的应用型人才。

This paper from China＇s current economic and social development,technological upgrading,and employment needs of entrepreneurial talent training objectives of professional talents in higher vocational colleges are discussed,that the highest goal of talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges is to build entrepreneurship education mechanism,the current education System,expand the business of education,increase the entrepreneurship education experience,cultivate applied talents of innovation and entrepreneurship.
