山东省高职院校新闻采编与制作专业人才培养现状研究

The Status Quo of Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province,News Gathering and Production

随着职业教育的迅速发展,作为人才供给侧的职业院校,必须紧贴行业企业发展需求,在制订和完善人才培养方案前对各项要素开展深入调研。通过对山东省新闻采编与制作专业课程体系、考核方式、顶岗实习等方面的深入调研,本文得到以下结论:知行合一对学生理解课程价值、掌握课程要领极为重要;学生更倾向于过程考核,考核方式应进一步改革;学生更注重对媒介新技术与后期制作能力的学习;在校生对顶岗实习及职业资格证认识不足;大多数学生希望就业对口,并从事传统媒体工作。

With the rapid development of vocational education,vocational colleges as the supply side of the talent nlust be closely related to the needs of the development of the industry,in the development and improvement of personnel training programs to conduct in-depth investigation of the various elements. Through in-depth research on Shandong province news gathering and production of professional curriculnm system,evaluation methods and post practice,the paper gets the following conclusion：The unity of knowledge and practice for students to understand and master the essentials of curriculum and value is very important;students tend to process assessment,assessment methods should be further reform;students pay more attention to the new media technology and post production the ability of learning;sit,dents of internship and occupation qualification certificate are lack of understanding;most students hope to employment and engaged in traditional media work.
