高职与普通本科“3+2”分段培养转段升学实践研究——以酒店管理专业为例

A Study on the Practice of “3+2” Sub-Training Transition in Higher Vocational and Common Undergraduate——Taking Hotel Management as an Example

为培养较高学历层次的高技能型酒店管理人才,海南省教育厅开展高职与普通本科"3+2"分段培养试点项目,其中,转段升学考核是审核学生从高职进入本科学习的关键,是人才培养工作的重点。三亚航空旅游职业学院与海南热带海洋学院联合培养的酒店管理"3+2"专业,在转段升学实践研究中进行了有力探索,并取得良好成效。

In order to cultivate highly skilled and higher educational hotel management personnel,the Education Department of Hainan Province carried out the ＂3 ＋ 2＂ sub-training program for vocational and general undergraduates. The key is to examine the students entering undergraduate study from higher vocational education and the focus is personnel training. The major of hotel management ＂3 ＋2＂ jointly developed by Sanya Aviation ＆ Tourism College and Hainan Tropical Marine College,carried out a strong exploration in the transition section of the study and achieved good results.
