当前,兴山县着力打造全国最大磷化工基地,而相应的支柱企业湖北兴发集团也在全国率先走"矿电磷"一体化道路,实现区域资源优势与磷化工产业优势的有效对接,要实施这一战略,需要大量的专业技术人才,兴山县职业教育中心加大了对化工工艺专业的教学改革,尤其是夯实技能教学,不仅训练了学生的动手能力,更是培养了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
