益生菌联合美沙拉嗪对轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对血小板计数、血小板平均体积的影响

Clinical effect of probiotics combined with mesalazine on mild and moderate ulcerative colitis and its influence on palatelet count and mean palatelet volume

目的研究益生菌制剂整肠生联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的临床疗效及其对患者外周血血小板计数(platelet,PLT)、血小板平均体积(mean platelet volume,MPV)的影响。方法选取住院治疗的初治UC患者46例,随机分成对照组及研究组,每组23例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片(1.0 g/次,4次/d)常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用整肠生(0.5 g/次,3次/d)。比较两组UC患者治疗2个月后的临床疗效及治疗前后PLT、MPV水平。结果两组治疗总有效率无明显差异(P>0.05),但研究组显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PLT水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),MPV水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整肠生联合美沙拉嗪有助于改善轻中度UC患者临床症状及血液高凝状态,PLT、MPV水平在一定程度上可以作为疗效评估的辅助指标。

Objective To study the clinical effect of probiotics combined with mesalazine on mild and moderate ulcerarive colitis （UC） and their influence on blood plateiet count （PLT） and mean platelet volume （MPV）. Methods 46 UC patients treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, each with 23 cases. Patients in the control group were given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets（1.0 g/time, qid） as routine therapy, while patients in the study group were additionally given Bacillus Licheniformis Capsules （0.5 g/time, rid）.
