手术患者发生切口感染的手术室相关因素分析及护理对策

Analysis on relative factors of operating room with infection of incisional wound among surgical patients and its nursing strategy

目的探讨手术患者发生切口感染的手术室相关因素分析及护理对策。方法选取2016年1~6月我院手术室收治的患者156例,平均分为两组,对照组予常规护理,研究组在分析切口感染相关因素的基础上应用针对性护理,对比两组患者出现切口感染的情况。结果研究组切口感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),手术时间≥3 h以及有参观人员等因素是手术切口感染单因素的重要风险因素(P<0.05)。结论通过分析切口感染相关因素,加强手术室护理干预,有利于避免这一问题的出现,改善手术患者的预后质量。

Objective To discuss the relative factors of operating room with infection of incisional wound among surgical patients and its nursing strategy. Methods 156 patients who underwent surgeries from January to June 2016 in our hospital＇s operating room were selected and equally divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while those in the study group were given targeted nursing based on relative factors of infection of incisional wound. The condition of wound infection was compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of wound infection in the study group was significantly lower than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Time duration of operation t〉 3 h, attendance of visitors and so on were critical risk factors of wound infection. Conclusion Based on relative factors analysis of infection of incisional Wound, nursing strategy of operating room should be strengthened to avoid wound infection and improve the prognosis.
