胃结肠息肉患者应用内镜下切除的术后护理体会

Postoperative nursing experience of endoscopic resection of patients with gastric colonic polyps

目的总结对胃结肠息肉患者提供内镜切除术治疗的术后护理要点。方法将我院于2013年5月~2015年3月间收治的92例胃结肠息肉患者,按照随机数字表法将患者划分为对照组46例与研究组46例,为对照组患者提供常规围手术期护理服务,为研究组患者提供术后护理干预,总结两组患者术后穿孔及出血发生率,评估患者对护理质量评分及心理焦虑评分。结果对照组患者术后出血、1年后息肉复发率均高于研究组(P<0.05),但穿孔发生率结果组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组患者对于临床提供的术后并发症预防、健康教育、饮食指导及用药监督等服务质量评分均低于研究组(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者心理焦虑评分结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组患者心理焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护士为胃结肠息肉患者提供常规护理基础上,重点做好术后护理干预措施,可有效降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者心理焦虑情绪,提高科室护理质量。

Objective To summarize the postoperative nursing points of endoscopic resection of gastric colorectal polyps patients. Methods 92 patients with gastric colonic polyps admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to March 2015 were divided into control group（n=46） and study group（n=45） according to the random number table. The nurses provided rou- tine perioperative care for the control group and provided postoperative care intervention for the study group. The inci- dences of postoperative perforation and hemorrhage in both groups were summarized, and the scQres of nursing quality and psychological anxiety were evaluated. Results The postoperative puncture, hemorrhage, polyp recurrence rate after one year in the control group were higher than those in the study group（P〈0.05）. But the incidence of perforation was not statistically significant between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The service quality scores qf the postoperative complications prevention, health education, diet guidance and medication supervision in the control group were lower than those in the study group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the scores of psychological anxiety between the two groups before the intervention, P〉0.05. After intervention, the psychological anxiety score of the study group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Focusing on postoperative nursing intervention based on the routine nursing provided by nurses for patients with gastric colonic polyps can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the paychological anxiety and the quality of nursing.
