中英高等教育学生资助体系比较研究

The comparative study of student finance system in higher education between China and the UK

中英两国高等教育在收费改革、大力发展学生资助体系方面十分相似。但两国学生资助体系基本理念、资助政策、资助范围和力度等却明显不同。文章对两国高等教育学生资助体系进行了深入比较,提出我国应转变高等教育学生资助理念,扩大有偿资助范围,无偿资助重点向弱势群体倾斜;建立更弹性化的还款机制;根据需求细化贷款类型等建议。

The history of student finance reform in higher education is very similar between China and the UK.But the financial aid system in the two countries is different in basic funding ideas,policies,qualifications and amount.This paper makes a deep study into the student funding systems in both countries,and suggests a shift from free sponsorship to paid fund as the primary funding form,establishing a more flexible repayment options,and refining loan variety according to requirements,etc.
