The development foundation and contemporary transformation of career education in Chinese colleges and universities

在无边界职业生涯和多样性职业生涯等非传统职业思想的影响下,我国高校职业生涯教育应以理论研究导向、学生发展导向和生命历程导向为发展基础,适应当代国际职业生涯教育在教育对象、教育平台、教育关系上的新发展和新要求,设立指向终身化、社会化、多样化的职业生涯教育目标,建立系统化、规范化、专业化的职业生涯教育体系,运用个性化、精品化、多元化的职业生涯教育方法,实现我国高校职业生涯教育的当代转向。

Under the influence of non-traditional career theories such as the boundaryless career and the protean career,career education in Chinese colleges and universities should be guided by and based on the theoretical study,students′development theory and the whole life span theory,adapting to the new development and new requirements of the contemporary international career education in the educational object,educational platform and educational relationship.Moreover,it should set up lifelong,socialized and diversified career education targets,establish systematic,standardized and professional career education systems,and utilize the career education methods including personalized approach,best quality approach and diversified methods in order to implement contemporary transformation of career education in Chinese colleges and universities.
