摘要
三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)恶性程度高,预后差,严重危害人类健康。癌基因c-Myc作为Myc家族的重要一员,在促进和维持肿瘤的发生发展、肿瘤细胞增殖分化与凋亡、肿瘤组织血管形成等方面发挥重要作用。为了深入理解TNBC的发生机制,我们分别从细胞增殖、周期、凋亡、代谢等方面总结并归纳了c-Myc在TNBC中的生物学意义。
Triple negative breast cancer(TNBC) is a serious damage to human health disease with high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis. The oncogene c-Myc is an important Myc family member, and plays a key role in the processes of cell proliferation and differentiation, apoptosis, and angiogenesis during carcinogenesis and tumor progression. In order to fully address the underlying mechanism of TNBCs, we summarized the biological function of c-Myc in TNBCs, such as cell proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis, metabolism, etc.
