微时代背景下大学生法治观念的现状与养成——基于浙江省9所高校的实证研究

The Current Situation and Cultivation of the College Students' Concept of Rule of Law in the “Micro Era”:an Empirical Study on 9 Universities in Zhejiang Province

培育和提升大学生法治观念是我国构建法治社会的重要方面。"微时代"背景为大学生法治观念的养成提供了新的途径,也带来了严峻的挑战。从调研数据来看,微博、微信、微电影、微小说、微课等网络交流微平台并非"洪水猛兽";如果加以良性引导,"微时代"背景可有效促进大学生法治观念的养成。我国应当创新高校法治课程的教育模式,探索"互联网+法治教育"的新兴模式,实现由"粗放普法"向"精准普法"的深度转变。

Cultivating and improving college students＇ law ruling concept, is an important way to construct a society ruled by law. The background of ＂ Micro era＂ provides a new way for college students to form ideals of rule by law, but also poses a serious challenge. Seeing from the survey data, the online communication platform such as microblog, WeChat, microfilm, hint fiction, micro- lesson is not ＂a scourge＂. Guided properly, the background of ＂micro age＂ can effectively promote the development of college students＇ ideals of rule by law. Our country should innovate the teaching mode of law course in universities and education, and explore a new mode of ＂Internet ＋ rule-of-law education＂, realizing deep transformation from the ＂extensive law popularization＂ to ＂accurate law popularization＂.
