参政议政是我国政治制度赋予民主党派的基本职能,完善民主党派参政议政信息平台建设是参政党履行自身职能的必然需要。自2015年李克强总理提出"互联网+"概念以后,"互联网+参政议政信息平台"为民主党派参政议政搭建了一个全新的平台。作为参政党的民主党派要紧抓"互联网+参政议政信息平台"这一发展契机,不断提高民主党派成员的媒介素养和运用网络技术的能力,不断构建新型参政信息平台,这将有助于提高民主党派参政议政的能力,提升其参政议政水平。

Political participation is an important function of the democratic parties. Building information platform for democratic parties participating in politics isan important task to uphold and complete the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. After Premier Li Keqiang put forwards the concept of＂ Internet ＋ ＂ in 2015, ＂ Internet ＋ information platform ＂, with its unique technical advantages, provides a new platform for the democratic parties to participate in politics. Democratic parties should take this opportunity to fulfill the functions of political participation, to strengthen the ability and improvethe level of political participation, and to complete the political participation information platform construction.
