摘要
综述了国内近几年在日用玻璃陶瓷生产过程中采用的新技术,包括大容量熔炉、多道导料技术、多工位离心成形、冷风钢化等。这些新技术的使用不仅提高了产品质量,降低了生产能耗,对环境保护也起到了良好的作用,促进了我国日用玻璃陶瓷产业的发展。
This work reviews the new techniques of manufacturing glass ceramics for daily use in recent several years, for example, large capacity electric furnace, muhichannel forehearth for glass melt, multi--station centrifugal forming, cold-- air tempering. The utilization of these new techniques is able to improve the quality of glass ceramic prodncts, reduce ener- gy consumption and protect the environment against pollution. As a result, it promotes the development of daily glass ce ramies industry in China.
