Discussion on quality management of foreign instruments and implant in hospital disinfection supply center under JCI standard

目的:根据JCI标准对常规的外来器械与植入物的管理流程进行改造,融入检查标准和监测指标,以规范制度、流程,提高工作效率。方法:以我院消毒供应中心2015年6月1日至7月31日共接收的外来器械和植入物包260个作为对照组,采用常规的器械管理方法;2015年8月1日至9月30日共接收外来器械和植入物包285个作为观察组,采用JCI标准化质量管理。对比2组器械包的清洗合格率、包装合格率、湿包发生率、提前放行率。结果:观察组的清洗合格率、包装合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),湿包发生率、提前放行率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用JCI标准质量管理消毒供应中心外来器械和植入物可以有效地保证器械消毒灭菌质量、提高器械的及时准确率,有利于提升手术安全指数并促进手术顺利进行,显著降低医院感染率的发生。

[Objective] To reconstruct the management procedures of conventional foreign instruments and implants according to the JCI standard, to integrate the inspection standards and monitoring indicators to standardize the system, process and improve the work efficiency. [Method] A total of 260 cases of foreign instruments and implants, received from June 1st to July 31st 2015 were selected as the control group. Routine device management method was adopted. A total of 285 cases of foreign equipment and implants from August 1st to September 30th were selected as an observation group. JCI standardized quality man- agement was adopted. Equipment package cleaning pass rate, packaging pass rate, wet bag incidence and early release rate were compared between the two groups. [Result] The qualified rate of cleaning and packaging were significantly higher in the obser- vation group than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of wet bag and the rate of early release were significantly lower than those of the conlrol group （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] The use of JCI standard quality management in disinfection supply center for foreign equipment and implants can effectively ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization equipment to improve the timely and accurate rate of equipment. It is conducive to improve the surgical safety index, promote the smooth operation and significantly reduce the hospital infection rate.
