摘要
目的:探讨应用急救案例演练模式对精神科护士急救综合能力培训的有效性。方法:采用以急救案例演练为核心内容,对117名精神科护士进行急救理论、急救技能的培训;应用自制急救能力评价表,进行培训前、后的评价。结果:培训后护士的急救护理技术、急救仪器的使用、急救相关理论知识掌握及操作的考核均较培训前有较大的提高(P<0.05),培训后护士的急救综合能力各项指标较培训前相比也有较大的提高(P<0.05)。结论:案例演练模式对提高精神科护士急救综合能力有积极作用,是一种切实可行的护理在职教育培训方法。
Objective] To explore the effectiveness of applying the first aid case training model to the fwst - aid comprehensive ability training of psychiatric nurses. [Method] First aid cases were used as the core contents and 117 first- aid theories and ftrst- aid skills training were carried out for 117 psychiatric nurses. The self- made first- aid ability evaluation table was used to evaluate before and after training. [Result] After training, the nurses' emergency nursing techniques, the use of first- aid equipment, the first- aid related theoretical knowledge and operation assessment were significantly improved compared with be- fore training. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.001 ) . There were significant differences between the two groups before and after waining ( P 〈0.001). [Conclusion] Case training model to improve the comprehensive ability of the first- aid nurses have a positive effect. It is a practical nursing education and training methods. Case wallcthrough mode to improve the comprehensive ability of emergency psychiatric nurses have a positive effect and is a practical nursing education or training methods.
