某市三甲医院妇产科护士职业倦怠及工作投入的调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解某市三甲医院妇产科护士职业倦怠及工作投入的现状。方法:采用自制问卷和职业倦怠量表、工作投入量表对某市三甲医院妇产科240位护士进行问卷调查。结果:240位护士职业倦怠感各维度得分分别为:情感耗竭(26.4±12.4)分,去人格化(7.08±4.32)分,个体成就感(25.63±13.62)分,工作投入各维度得分分别为:奉献(12.28±3.84)分,专注(16.27±6.33)分,活力(18.32±19.24)分,职业倦怠发生率为84.58%(203/240);≥41岁组护士职业倦怠总分低于其他年龄组,工作投入总分高于其他年龄组(P<0.05);本科及以上学历的护士职业倦怠总分明显低于其他学历的护士,护士工作投入总分明显高于其他学历的护士(P<0.05);月收入>4000元的护士职业倦怠总分明显低于其他学历的护士,工作投入总分明显高于其他学历的护士(P<0.05)。结论:三甲医院妇产科护士职业倦怠发生率较高,工作投入较低,应采取更加人性化管理措施缓解护理人员工作压力,预防和降低工作倦怠,提高工作投入。 [Objeetive] To understand the status quo of job burnout and job input of obstetrics and gynecology nurses in the top three hospitals of a city. [Method] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 240 obstetrics and gynecology and obstetrics and gynecology of the top three hospitals in China by self - made questionnaire and job bumout scale and job input scale. [ Result] The scores of occupational burnout were as follows: emotional exhaustion (26.4±12.4), depersonalization (7.08± 4.32), individual achievement (25.63± 13.62), and the scores of job scores were: (12.28 ± 3.84) points, focusing on (16.27 ± 6.33) points, vitality (18.32± 19.24) points, occupational burnout rate was 84.58% (203/240) ; ≥41 - year - old nurses job burnout total score lower than other age ( P 〈 0.05). The total score of nurses with undergraduate degree or above was significantly lower than that of nurses with other qualifications, and the total score of nurses was significantly higher than that of other nurses ( P 〈 0.05). The total score of nurses with monthly income of 〉 4000 yuan was significantly lower than that of other nurses, and the total score was significantly higher than that of other nurses ( P 〈 0.05). [Conelusion] The Maternity and Gynecology Nurses of the top three hospitals have higher job burnout and lower investment. They should adopt more humane management measures to alleviate the work pressure of nursing staff, prevent and reduce job burnout and improve their work input.
