照护者联谊会对预防住院阿尔茨海默病患者跌倒/坠床的影响

Effect of caregiver 's association on prevention of fall/falling out of bed in patients with Alzheimer's disease

目的:探讨照护者联谊会对住院阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者跌倒/坠床的影响。方法:将2014年1月至2015年12月住院的AD患者按住院年份顺序分为对照组和观察组,2组患者同时实施药物治疗及综合护理干预,观察组在此基础上开展照护者联谊会。比较2组跌倒/坠床的发生率。结果:开展照护者联谊会一年后,AD患者跌倒/坠床发生率从70.21%减少到16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:照护者联谊会提高了照护者的技能与责任心,对预防住院AD患者跌倒/坠床具有一定的积极意义。

[Objective] To explore the effect of caregiver association on fall / falling out of bed in patients with Alzheimer＇ s disease （AD）. [Method] AD patients who were hospitalized from January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization. Two groups of patients were treated with drug therapy and comprehensive nursing intervention. On this basis, the observation group was carded out caregiver association. Fall / falling out of bed rates were compared in two groups. [Result] After one year of caregiver association, the incidence of falling / falling bed was reduced from 70.21% to 16.67 % before the implementation of caregiver association and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）.[Conclusion] Caregiver＇ s association improves the caregiver＇ s skill and responsibility and has a positive effect on the prevention of fall / fall in AD patients.
