纤维桩加强对前磨牙穿髓型楔状缺损预后的影响

Effect of fiber post on the prognosis of premolars with pulp-like wedge-shaped defect

目的:观察纤维桩加强对前磨牙穿髓型楔状缺损预后的影响。方法:135例穿髓型楔状缺损的前磨牙患者以Excel随机函数rand取整后分为纤维桩加强组73例和普通充填组62例,完善的根管治疗后分别采用纤维桩加强充填和普通充填。经1~4年随访,采用COX比例风险模型分析影响预后的相关因素。结果:无纤维桩加强是影响修复效果的独立危险因素(RR=0.149,95%CI:0.057~0.388)。结论:应用纤维桩加强充填修复可有效地保护根管治疗后的穿髓型楔状缺损患牙,可以降低患牙发生继发性折断的概率。

[Objective] To observe the effect of fiber post on the prognosis of premolars with pulp- type wedge- shaped de- fects. [Method] 135 cases of premolars with pulp- like wedge - shaped defect were divided into fibrous post strengthening group （73 cases） and general filling group （62 cases） by using Excel random function rand. The root canal treatment was fol- lowed by fiber reinforced concrete F＇llling. After I to 4 years follow - up, the COX proportional hazards model was used to ana- lyze the prognostic factors. [Result] The presence or absence of fiber post strengthening was an independent risk factor for the effect of repair （RR = 0.149, 95% CI： 0.057 to 0.388）. [Conclusion] It is possible to reduce the probability of secondary fracture of the teeth by effectively strengthening the filling of the pulp and wedge - shaped defects after root canal treatment.
