摘要
目的分析国际船员的梅毒筛查结果,提高对国际船员梅毒防控工作的针对性。方法根据厦门出入境检验检疫局2005—2015年对国际船员传染病监测中发现的梅毒患者的资料进行分析。结果大多数梅毒患者都相对缺乏对性传播疾病的防控知识;长时间在船上工作的患者感染梅毒的概率要高于其他人员;85.2%的患者靠岸后有性行为;梅毒患者的年龄集中在22~37岁。因此,应该将长时间在船上工作、船靠岸后有上岸活动习惯的船员作为梅毒控制的主要宣传和排查对象,并加大对这类船员的宣传力度。结论应该对国际船员中的梅毒易感群体进行大力度的宣传,提高其对相关知识的了解情况,减少梅毒感染率。
Objective To analyze the results of syphilis screening of international crew, and to improve the pertinence of prevention and control of syphilis among international crew. Methods The data of syphilis patients found in the international infectious disease surveillance of Xiamen Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau from 2005 to 2015 was analyzed. Results It was relatively lack of STD prevention and control knowledge for most patients with syphilis, the possibility of syphilis infection for patients chronically working on ship higher than that of other personnel, 85.2% of the patients being engaged in sexual behavior and the syphilis being concentrated in the age between 22 to 37 years. Therefore, the crew chronically working on ship with habitually ashore activity should be propagandized and screened intensely on syphilis control, and propaganda enhanced. Conclusion Greater publicity need to be extended in the international crew of syphilis susceptible population, to improve their understanding of the relevant knowledge, and reduce syphilis infection.
