体外冲击波治疗恢复期手指屈肌损伤患者临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation on Treatment of Finger Flexor Tendon Injury With Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy

目的观察体外冲击波治疗恢复期手指屈肌腱损伤患者的效果。方法从本院于2015年12月—2016年12月收治的恢复期手指屈肌腱患者中,随机抽取20例作为本次实验对象,随机分组,每组10例。其中常规组实施常规作业疗法,研究组在此基础之上进行体外冲击波治疗。结果治疗前,两组VAS评分、TAM评分以及DASH评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组各项评分指标均得到显著改善,但研究组改善情况优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗恢复期屈肌腱损伤患者,行体外冲击波治疗,可帮助患者获得满意的疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy on the patients with finger flexor tendon injury. Methods 2G recovering patients with finger flexor tendon injury admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 10 cases in each group （n = 10）. The conventional group was treated with conventional therapy, and the study group additional extracorporeal shock wave therapy based on the conventional therapy. Results No differences between the two groups of VAS score, TAM score and DASH score observed before treatment （P 〉 0.05）, while the score indexes of two groups were significantly improved, with significant improvement in study group than the conventional group, the differences was signifieaat （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The external shock wave therapy on clinical treatment of recovering patients with flexor tendon injury can achieve satisfactory results.
