浅析口腔修复中正畸治疗的临床应用

Clinical Application of Orthodontic Treatment in Oral Cavity Repair

目的研究分析正畸治疗应用于口腔修复的临床效果,为临床口腔修复治疗提供参考。方法选取2014年6月—2016年5月我院的46例口腔修复治疗患者来分析研究,将患者分为对照组和观察组,均有23例,对照组采取常规治疗方式,观察组使用正畸治疗方式,对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组有13例有效,9例好转,1例无效,临床治疗有效率是95.6%,对照组有4例有效病例,12例好转,7例无效病例,临床治疗有效率是69.6%,观察组的治疗有效率较高,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复治疗患者临床中接受正畸治疗的效果突出,患者的咬合能力以及牙齿美观性都有很大的改善。

Objective To study the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment in oral cavity repair, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 46 cases of oral rehabilitation were selected from June 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital to study, patients were divided into control group and observation group, 23 cases in each group, control group received routine treatment, the observation group used orthodontic treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The observation group of 13 cases were effective, 9 cases improved, 1 case ineffective, the effective rate of clinical treatment was 95.6%, the control group had 4 cases, 12 cases improved, 7 cases were invalid, the effective rate of clinical treatment was 69.6%, the cure rate in the observation group was higher, the results of the two groups had statistical difference specific （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of orthodontic treatment in patients with oral rehabilitation is prominent, and the occlusal ability and aesthetic appearance of the teeth are greatly improved.
