子宫动脉栓塞术在产后大出血临床治疗中的应用价值

Clinical Application Value of Uterine Artery Embolization in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨分析子宫动脉栓塞术在产后大出血临床治疗中的应用价值。方法实验时间为2015年12月—2016年12月,实验对象为在我院接受治疗的90例产后大出血患者,将所选患者随机分为两组,每组45例,对照组予以子宫切除术治疗,观察组予以子宫动脉栓塞术治疗,实验结束之后,对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及并发症的发生率进行比较分析。结果通过比较发现,观察组患者的上述指标与对照组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论产后大出血临床治疗中实行子宫动脉栓塞术的疗效显著,并发症较少。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 90 patients with postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with experimental time from December 2015 to December 2016, 45 cases in each group, the control administered hysterectomy, the observation group uterine artery embolization. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and the incidence of complications after treatment in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The above described parameters in observation group was different compared with control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The uterine artery embolization in postpartum hemorrhage is simnificantlv effective, the complications less. the clinical value higher.
