分析胃肠手术后并发肠瘘的临床治疗方法

Clinical Treatment for Intestinal Fistula Complication After Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的观察和分析胃肠手术后并发肠瘘的临床治疗方法。方法选择本院于2014年11月—2017年2月收治的66例胃肠手术后并发肠瘘患者为研究对象。划分为A组和B组,分别是35例与31例。A组给予手术治疗,B组给予保守治疗,对比治疗效果。结果 A组的治疗总有效率是94.29%,B组是77.42%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的并发症发生率是14.29%,B组是35.48%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的经口进食时间与住院时间均短于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与保守治疗相比,手术治疗能够缩短胃肠手术后并发肠瘘患者的住院时间,提高其治疗效果,减少并发症情况。

Objective To observe and analyze clinical treatment for intestinal fistula complication after gastrointestinal surgery. Methods 66 cases of patients with intestinal fistula complication after gastrointestinal surgery admitted in our hospital from November 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the object of study. These patients were divided into group A and group B with 35 cases and 31 cases respectively. Group A was provided with surgery treatment, while group B was provided with conservative treatment. Two groups were compared for treatment effects. Results Total treatment effects of group A was 94.29%, while that of group B was 77.42%, and there was obvious difference in comparison, having statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Complication incidence of group A was 14.29%, while that of group B was 35.48%, and there was obvious difference in comparison, having statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Oral diet time and hospital stay of group A were shorter than those of group B, and there was difference in comparison, having statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with conservative treatment, surgery treatment can shorten hospital stay of patients with intestinal fistula complication after gastrointestinal surgery, improve treatment effects and reduce complications.
