他扎罗汀凝胶与异维A酸胶丸联用治疗扁平疣的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Flat Wart Combined With Tazarotene Gel and Isotretinoin Soft Capsules

目的研究分析扁平疣患者接受他扎罗汀凝胶与异维A酸胶丸联用治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗该疾病提供参考。方法根据2013年1月—2015年12月我院的60例扁平疣患者分析研究,将患者分组为A、B两组,均有30例。A组使用0.05%的他扎罗汀凝胶外涂治疗;B组除了A组的治疗内容还增加了异维A酸胶丸口服治疗。比较两组患者的皮损改善情况。结果经过治疗,B组的临床治疗有效率是80.00%,A组的治疗有效率是46.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组有2例皮损附近脱屑病例,使用牙签涂药治疗方式后,患者症状均缓解。B组治疗7~14天后出现了脱屑和嘴唇干燥情况,增加饮水,使用润唇膏后缓解。A组的复发率是20.00%,B组的复发率是6.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扁平疣患者接受他扎罗汀凝胶与异维A酸胶丸联合治疗的有效率比较高,患者复发率较低,临床治疗效果突出。

Objective To study the flat wart patients received Tazarotene Gel and Isotretinoin Soft Capsules combined with clinical curative effect, to provide reference for the clinical treatment of the disease. Methods In our hospital, 60 cases of flat wart patients from January 2013 to December 2015 were analyzed, the patients were divided into A group and B group, with 30 cases in each group.Group A used 0.05% Tazarotene Gel with the treatment of B group; in addition to the treatment of A group also increased the content of different dimension A acid capsule oral treatment.The skin lesions of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of B group was 80.00%, the effective rate of A group was 46.67%, there was statistical difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Group A bad 2 cases of skin lesions around the scalp, the use of toothpicks after treatment, the symptoms were relieved.B group after 7 to 14 days in the occurrence of scaling and dry lips, increase drinking water and use lip balm to relieve it.The recurrence rate of A group was 20.00%, the recurrence rate of B group was 6.67%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0,05）. Conclusion Flat wart patients received combination therapy with Tazarotene Gel and Isotretinoin Soft Capsules have a relatively high efficiency, with low recurrence rate, so the clinical treatment effect is prominent.
