浅析盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗中耳炎的效果

Analysis for the Effect of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Ear Drops on Otitis Media

目的研究分析中耳炎采取盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗的临床效果以及治疗安全性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法我院对74例中耳炎患者进行了研究分析,根据患者的临床治疗方式不同分成对照组和观察组,均有37例患者,两组均使用了常规治疗,对照组增加氯霉素滴耳液治疗,观察组使用盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果以及不良反应情况。结果经过治疗,观察组的临床治疗有效率高于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有1例轻度疼痛病例,1例耳部瘙痒病例,1例耳部刺痛,临床不良反应发生率是8.10%;对照组有2例轻度疼痛病例,2例耳部瘙痒,3例耳部刺痛,不良反应发生率是18.90%,两组不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.994 2,P=0.025 4)。结论使用盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗中耳炎的有效率高,不良反应率低,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and treatment safety of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Ear Drops on otitis media, to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods 74 patients with otitis media in our hospital were analyzed and divided into control group and observation group according to the clinical treatment, 37 cases in each group, both groups administered conventional treatment with additional Chloramphenicol Ear Drops in control group, the Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Ear Drops in observation group, the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of two groups compared and analyzed. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment, the results was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The clinical adverse reaction rate was 8.10% in observation group with 1 case of mild pain, 1 case of ear pruritus, 1 Case of ear pain versus. There were 2 cases of mild pain in the control group, 2 cases of ear itching, 3 cases of ear prick, the incidence of adverse reactions was 18.90%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was statistically significant （x=4.994 2, P =0.025 4）. Conclusion The effective rate of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Ear Drops in the treatment of otitis media is high, the rate of adverse reactions low with high safety and worthy of promotion.
