老年高血压的临床特点与治疗分析

Clinical Characteristics and Treatment of Senile Hypertension

目的分析老年高血压的临床特点与治疗。方法以2016年1—8月收治的80例老年高血压患者为对象,电脑随机分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组,给予辛伐他汀药物进行治疗,研究组,给予氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片进行治疗,对比治疗效果。结果经1个月的治疗,对比患者血压水平,研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比不良反应情况,研究组发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压,在分析临床特点的基础上,给予氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗,疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of senile hypertension. Methods From January to August 2016, 80 elderly patients with hypertension were selected as the subjects. The computer was randomly divided into the study group and the control group, each with 40 cases. The control group was treated with simvastatin, and the study group was treated with Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets, and the therapeutic effect was compared. Results After 1 months of treatment, compared with the level of blood pressure, the study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Elderly hypertension, on the basis of analysis of clinical characteristics, given Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets for treatment, curative effect is remarkable.
