摘要
目的研究复方甘草酸苷、白芍总苷结合NB-UVB照射在寻常型银屑病治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2011年8月—2016年8月门诊随诊的寻常型银屑病患者240例作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,各120例。其中对照组予以白芍总苷结合NB-UVB照射方案治疗,观察组在该基础之上与复方甘草酸苷联用治疗,对两组的临床效果进行观察与对比。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、PASI评分相较于对照组更优,组间差异具备统计学意义,P<0.05。结论针对寻常型银屑病,采取复方甘草酸苷、白芍总苷结合NB-UVB照射方案,可以实现临床治疗的理想目标。
Objective To study the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin, paeony glycoside combined with NB-UVB irradiation in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 240 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were followed up from August 2011 to August 2016 were enrolled in the study group and 120 patients in the control and observation groups. The control group was treated with total glucosides of paeony and NB-UVB. The observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of the treatment, and the clinical effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of PASI in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the psoriasis vulgaris, compound glycyrrhizin, paeony glycoside combined with NB-UVB irradiation program can achieve the ideal goal of clinical treatment.
