64排螺旋CT多层灌注成像对结直肠癌的诊断价值

The Value of 64-Slice Spiral CT Perfusion Imaging in the Diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer

目的探究并分析64排螺旋CT多层灌注成像对结直肠癌的诊断价值。方法选取我院自2011年2月—2014年12月收治的结直肠癌患者100例,按照随机数原则将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),对照组患者分别采用常规方式进行扫描,观察组采用64层螺旋CT多层灌注成像检测,比较两组患者不同检查方法下的检查结果。结果观察组总有效率为94.0%,对照组总有效率为74.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义。P<0.05。结论 64层螺旋CT多层灌注成像较为准确,对于患者的结直肠癌造影的图像质量较为清楚,对于病情的治疗有一定的促进作用。

Objective To explore and analyze the value of 64-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in thediagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods 100 patients with colorectal cancer admitted in our hospital from February 2011 to December 2014 were divided into control group （50 cases） and observation group （50 cases） according to random number with routine scanning and 64-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging respectively, the results of different methods in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate was 94.0% in the observation group and 74.0% in the control group, the difference statistically significant. P 〈 0.05. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging is more accurate, and the image for patients underwent colorectal cancer imaging is more clear, which can appropriately promote the treatment of the disease.
