35例腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治患者的全程连续性护理

Whole-course and Continuous Nursing Program for 35 Cases of Prostate Cancer Patients With Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy

目的对腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治患者进行全程连续性护理,为促进患者早日康复,提高生活质量提供护理方案,使护理能做到更精细化、专科化,帮助患者尽早康复。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2015年12月在我科行腹腔镜下前列腺根治术的患者共35例,评估其护理要点,主要包括从入院评估、术前指导、患者的心理观察、手术后护理干预及并发症的护理等,出院后进行院外追踪,全面掌握患者手术治疗后情况。结果该35例患者经过全程连续性护理,均顺利出院,其中3例手术后出现尿失禁,1例出现下肢静脉血栓,并发症在手术后3个月内好转。结论腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者采取全程连续性护理,能促进患者早日康复,是取得手术成功的保证。

Objective To provide nursing program for facilitating earlyrecovery and quality of life based on the whole-course and continuous nursing for prostate cancer patients with laparoscopic radical prostateetomy, to make the nursing work refined and professionalized and help the recovery of patients. Methods A total of 35 patients with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy from January 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study, and the nursing points were evaluated, including admission assessment, preoperative guidance, and psychological status observation, nursing care interventions and complications after surgery. All patients were included in the long-term follow-up to know clearly about the condition of patients after surgical treatment. Results 35 patients were discharged from hospital after whole-course and continuous nursing with 3 cases of urinary incontinence and 1 venous thrombosis of lower extremities after surgery, complications improved within 3 months after surgery. Conclusion The application of whole-course and continuous nursing program for prostate cancer patients with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy can facilitate the early recovery of patients and ensure the success of surgery.
