脑卒中患者的社区护理需求与影响因素研究

Study on Community Nursing Needs and Influencing Factors of Stroke Patients

目的探析脑卒中患者的社区护理需求与影响因素情况。方法选取我院接收诊治的患有脑卒中的88例患者为研究资料,依照数字单双号的形式将其分两组,每组44例。予以对照组实施常规方法护理,予以试验组实施社区护理干预,比较观察试验组和对照组患者的护理满意度情况。结果对照组患者的护理满意度是72.73%,低于试验组患者的90.91%(P<0.05);出院后,试验组患者的ADL量表评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者实施社区护理干预,不仅能使患者的护理满意度提升,而且还能使其生活质量得到提高。

Objective To explore the community nursing needs and influencing factors in stroke patients. Methods 88 patients with stroke were selected as the research data. The patients were divided into two groups according to the number of single and double numbers, 44 in each group. The control group were treated with conventional methods, and the test group was treated with social nursing intervention, to observe the nursing satisfaction of the test group and the control group. Results The score of 72.73% in the control group was significantly lower than that in the test group of 90.91%（P 〈 0.05）. The scores of ADL in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Community care intervention for stroke patients can not only improve the patient＇s care satisfaction, but also improve the quality of life.
