手术室护患沟通情景模拟训练及效果观察

The Simulation Training and Effect Observation on Nurse-patient Communication in Operating Room Nurses

目的归纳总结患者中同类性质或共同特征的心理问题,采用情景模拟训练的方式针对手术室护士的护患沟通进行培训,以利合理的解释、善意的劝导、真诚的抚慰,解除患者围术期的焦虑程度,提高患者的满意度。方法对我院80名手术部护士进行护患沟通模拟情景训练,分别对手术室护士沟通能力以及患者对手术室护士满意度进行前后对照。结果实施手术室护患沟通情景模拟训练后,患者对手术部护理的满意度有明显提高。手术室护理人员的沟通能力有所加强,实施情景模拟训练前后手术室护士的沟通能力、患者的满意度显著提升,其结果前后比较差异有统计学意义。结论手术室护士护患沟通情景模拟训练可以有效提高手术室护士的护患沟通能力,对提高患者对手术室的满意度有积极意义。

Objective This paper summarizes the psychological problems of similar nature or common characteristics in patients, using the situational simulation training to train nurse-patient communication in the operating room, to improve the anxiety level of patients in tile perioperative period and improve patient satisfaction. Methods 80 nursing department nurses in our hospital were trained, and the communication ability of nurses in the operating room and the patients＇ satisfaction were compared before and after operation. Results After the simulation training of nurse-patient communication in operating room, the patients＇ satisfaction with the operation department was significantly improved. The communication ability of nursing staff in the operating room was strengthened, and the communication ability of nurses in the operating room before and after the implementation of scenario simulation training, patients＇ satisfaction significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The simulation training of nurse-patient communication in operating room nurses can effectively improve the nurse-patient communication ability of the operating room nurses, and has positive significance in improving the patients＇ satisfaction with the operating room.
