摘要
目的比较常规护理和优质护理服务在急诊科的应用效果。方法选取我院急诊科在职护理人员21名为研究对象,2015年1—12月实施常规护理,2016年1—12月实施优质护理服务,比较实施常规护理和优质护理服务的护理质量评分、基础护理质量评分及患者对急诊科护理服务的满意度。结果优质护理服务的护理质量评分、基础护理质量评分及患者对急诊科护理服务的满意度均高于常规护理,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科实施优质护理服务可提高护理服务质量及患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of routine nursing and high quality nursing service in emergency department. Methods 21 nurses in the emergency department were selected and taken routine nursing from January to December 2015. From January to December 2016, the nurses was take high quality nursing service. The fundamental nursing quality, comprehensive quality and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The score of fundamental nursing quality, comprehensive quality and nursing satisfaction in patients with high quality nursing were higher than those with routine nursing (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Taken high quality nursing service in emergency department can improve the score of fundamental nursing quality, comprehensive quality and nursing satisfaction.
