摘要
目的探讨老年耳鼻喉手术患者围术期护理中心理护理的应用效果。方法按照1:1比例,将2016年1月—2017年1月本院收治的90例择期行老年耳鼻喉手术的患者随机分为研究组(心理护理)与对照组(常规护理)。对比护理效果。结果干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理满意度对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年耳鼻喉手术患者治疗过程中,实施心理护理效果理想。
Objeetive To explore the effect of psychological nursing in perioperative nursing of senile patients with ENT surgery. Methods 90 cases of senile patients underwent ENT surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into study group （psychological nursing） and control group （conventional care） according to the proportion of 1：1 the nursing effect compared. Results The differences of SAS, SDS score between two groups after intervention were significant （P 〈 0.05）, the difference of nursing satisfaction between two groups significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of senile patients underwent ENT surgery, the effect of psychological nursing is ideal.
