摘要 目的分析急诊预检分诊中实施人性化护理的效果。方法研究对象选取本院2015年4月—2016年3月收治的400例急诊患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组各200例。对照组接受传统的分诊护理;实验组患者接受人性化的分诊护理,对两组患者的满意度结果进行观察对比。结果实验组的护理质量评分高于对照组,实验组患者的护理满意度结果优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊预检分诊中实施人性化护理能够提高护理质量,改善护理满意度,具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing in emergency treatment. Methods 400 patients admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the reference group (n=200). The patients in the experimental group received the personalized nursing care, and the results of the satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The nursing quality score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group. The results of nursing satisfaction were better in the experimental group than in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Emergency pre humanized nursing can improve the quality of nursing diagnosis in the implementation,improve nursing satisfaction,has higher application value.
