摘要 住院医师规范化培训是毕业后教育的重要内容,对于大量非超声专业的住陪医生,在短期内掌握较为系统全面的超声理论知识,并且规范的书写超声报告,存在一定难度。本文尝试应用国内外倡导的PBL教学模式,探索该方法在非超声专业住院医师规范化培训中的优势,以及可能存在的不足和相应的补充办法。力争为各级医疗机构培养具有相对良好的职业道德、扎实的基础理论、较高的临床技能,并且能够独立承担所从事专业常见疾病诊治工作的临床医师。 Resident standardized training is an important part of post graduation education. In the short term, there are certain difficulties to master a more comprehensive theoretical knowledge of ultrasound, and standardized written ultrasound reports for a large number of non-ultrasonic professional resident doctors. This paper attempts to apply the domestic and foreign PBL teaching model, to explore the advantages of this method in the training of non -ultrasonic professional resident doctors, as well as the possible problems and the corresponding supplementary methods. Strive for all levels of medical institutions to develop a relatively good professional ethics, solid basic theory, high clinical skills, and be able to independently undertake the work of professional common disease diagnosis and treatment of clinicians.
