摘要
公共卫生医师规范化工作已试点开展工作,加强培训过程中的职业规划对学员发展渐渐显示出重要性。本文分析了职业规划在公共卫生医师规范化培训中的现状,阐述职业规划的重要意义,提出在当前试点工作中引入职业规划的对策和具体做法,为公共卫生医师规范化培训试点工作提供一些借鉴。
With the pilot program of the standardized training of public health physicians, strengthen the public health physicians＇ career planning teaching becomes more important. This paper analyzes the career planning present situation in the standardized training for public health physicians, elaborated the significance of career planning, put forward the specific tactics and practices in the pilot program, so as to provide some reference for future works.
