乙肝三系检查在免费孕前优生健康检查中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Three Series of Hepatitis B Examination in the Free Pre-pregnancy Health Check

目的研究分析乙肝三系检查在免费孕前优生健康检查中的应用价值。方法选择我院600例行孕期检测孕妇作为研究对象。采用数字法将所有孕妇分为两组,观察组实施乙肝三系检查,对照组实施肝功能检测,分析乙肝三系检查在免费孕前优生健康检查中的价值。结果观察组全阴性有202例,占67.33%;单纯表面抗体阳性有65例,占比21.67%;乙肝大三阳有5例,占比1.67%;乙肝小三阳8例,占比2.67%;单纯表面抗原阳性1例,占比0.33%。对照组全阴性有165例,占55.00%;单纯表面抗体阳性有43例,占比14.33%;乙肝大三阳有2例,占比0.67%;乙肝小三阳3例,占比1.00%;单纯表面抗原阳性1例,占比0.33%。观察组各项检出率均高于对照组。观察组母婴出现乙肝小三阳、大三阳以及转氨酶升高的几率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者实施不同方式之后,观察组患者对检查的满意度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙肝三系检查在免费孕前优生健康检查过程中具有十分重要的意义,能够避免乙型肝炎在母婴之间的传递,有效降低婴儿的发病几率。

Objective To analyze application value analysis of three series of hepatitis B examination in the free pre pregnancy health check. Methods In our hospital 600 cases of pregnant women during pregnancy detection were studied by digital method, all pregnant women were divided into two groups, the observation group received hepatitis B three line inspection, the implementation of the control group liver function test. On three series of hepatitis B examination in the free pre pregnancy was health check in value. Results In the observation group were negative in 202 cases, accounting for 67.33%; simple surface antibody positive in 65 cases, accounting for 21.67%; hepatitis B HBeAg in 5 cases, accounting for 1.67%; 8 cases of hepatitis, accounting for 2.67% simple; surface antigen was positive in 1 case, accounting for 0.33%. Negative control group had 165 cases, accounting for 55.00%; simple surface antibody positive in 43 cases, accounting for 14.33%; hepatitis B HBeAg in 2 cases, accounting for 0.67%; 3 cases of hepatitis, accounted for 1.00%; pure surface resistance The original was positive in 1 cases, accounting for 0.33% of the detection rate of the observation group were higher than the control group. The observation group＇s maternal and infant hepatitis, the probability of HBeAg and transaminitis were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After the implementation of different ways in two groups, the observation group of patients satisfaction examination significantly better than the control group; however, the control group with significantly higher than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Three series of hepatitis B examination is very important in the free pre pregnancy health check process, can avoid the transmission of hepatitis B in between mother and child, effective reduce the baby＇s risk of disease.
