摘要 目的分析骨肉瘤的X线、CT及MRI的影像学特征及诊断价值。方法选取我院28例行穿刺活检或经手术病理证实为骨肉瘤患者分别行X线、CT及MRI检查,分析并对比三者的影像学特征及优势。结果三种检查方式各具优势,X线的Codman三角的检出率高于CT和MRI(P<0.05);CT可明确显示幼小肿瘤骨及筛孔征;MRI可显示髓腔内肿瘤的相关信号。结论 X线、CT及MRI均可用于检查骨肉瘤,X线是骨肉瘤诊断的首选方式;CT可清晰显示病灶的细微结构及组织变化;MRI可准确确定肿瘤范围及浸润情况。三种检查方式各具优势,在实际工作当中,可将三种诊断方式进行结合,以进一步提高诊断的准确性。 Objective To analyze the imaging features and diagnostic value of X-ray, CT and MRI in osteosarcoma. Methods 28 cases of puncture biopsy or confirmed by surgical pathology for osteosarcoma patients were selected, X-ray, CT and MRI examinations were performed respectively, analyzed and compared the imaging features and advantages. Results Three kinds of inspection methods had their own advantages,The detection rate of X-ray Codman triangle was significantly higher than that of CT and MRI (P〈0.05); CT could clearly show young tumor bone and sieve; MR/could show the signal of the medullary tumor. Conclusion X-ray, CT and MRI all can be used to check osteosarcoma, X-ray is the preferred way to diagnose osteosarcoma; CT can clearly show the lesion of the microstructure and tissue changes; MRI can accurately determine the tumor range and infiltration. Three kinds of inspection methods have their own advantages, under the actual work, three diagnostic methods can be combined, to further improve the accuracy of the diagnosis.
