经腹和经阴道联合彩超检查对剖宫产子宫疤痕妊娠的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of Transabdominal and Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

目的探讨经腹和经阴道联合彩超检查对剖宫产子宫疤痕妊娠的诊断价值并作出分析。方法选择剖宫产子宫疤痕妊娠患者90例,依据盲选平均分方法将90例剖宫产子宫疤痕妊娠患者分为三组,命名为研究组、对照1组、对照2组。研究组患者应用经腹和经阴道联合彩超检查,对照1组给予经腹部彩超检查,对照2组给予经阴道彩超检查,比较、分析三组研究对象的诊断价值。结果经腹和经阴道联合彩超检查对剖宫产子宫疤痕妊娠的诊断率高于经腹部彩超检查以及经阴道彩超检查的诊断率(P<0.05)。结论经腹和经阴道联合彩超检查对剖宫产子宫疤痕妊娠的诊断价值高、检出率高、误诊率低。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined transabdominal and transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography in the examination and diagnosis of uterine cesarean scar pregnancy, and analyze it. Methods 90 cases of patients with uterine cesarean scar pregnancy were selected, accordhlg to the blind averaging method, 90 cases of patients were divided into three groups. Named for the study group, control group 1, and control group 2. The patients in the study group were using combined transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, the patients in the control group 1 were using transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound, the patients in the control group 2 were using transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. Then the clinical diagnostic value between three groups were compared and analyzed. Results We found a significantly higher diagnosis accuracy rate in the study group which using combined transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography, compare to the transabdominal ultrasonography group and the transvaginal ultrasonography group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combined transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography have higher diagnostic value, higher detection rate and lower misdiagnosis rate for uterine cesarean section scar pregnancy patients. It was worthy for clinical popularize application.
